Sherylynn Sealy is a yoga instructor, barre instructor, dancer, vocalist, solo-traveler, entrepreneur, and the founder of TrustLoveKnow | The Christian wellness company. As a woman of faith, Sherylynn appreciates the marriage of her strong spiritual background with her love for movement, leadership, and exploration. She received dance and choreography training from New Haven Ballet, Joffrey Ballet School, Bosoma Dance Company, Urban Bush Women, A Lo Cubano, and Tumbao Latin Dance which has significantly shaped her unique style. She has performed and choreographed for various churches, performance venues, festivals, and conferences across New England and New York, and was a ballet instructor for Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School in New Haven. When she is not practicing movement, Sherylynn uses her vocal talents to facilitate a worship experience in church settings and beyond. She is a recurring soloist at Boston Symphony Hall, Edward A. Hatch Memorial Shell at Charles River Esplanade of Boston, and similar venues throughout Massachusetts and neighboring states. Sherylynn received her yoga certification from The Yoga Common in NYC and her barre certification from Kula Yoga & Barre in Massachusetts. She has taught across New England and in the NYC tri-state area for festivals and conferences, and currently teaches yoga at Third Eye Yoga Collective, The Core Connection, Kula Yoga & Barre, and TrustLoveKnow.
Sherylynn is a Teach for America alumna and a certified elementary school teacher in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She received her Master’s in Public Administration from New York University and her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. She is on the steering committee for the Boston Chapter of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), and is also the Senior Program Manager for Grantmakers in the Arts.
